Most definitely! We have a large showroom filled with samples from Cambria, Pental, Cosentino, Cosmos, Daltile, MSI, hardware for cabinets, sinks, and so much more. American Dream Kitchen Design has worked hard to create a “One Stop Shop” for our clients. Showroom hours are Mon – Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-3. Please see the Contact page for details.
Our process for designing a new kitchen starts with an initial consultation to discuss your design preferences and budget. From there, we will create a 3D rendering of your new kitchen design and work with you to make any necessary revisions.
The cost of a kitchen remodel varies depending on the scope of the project. American Dream Kitchen Design will provide you with a detailed estimate and work with you to stay within your budget.
No. Our cabinets are not for outdoor use.
We carry several types of cabinet brands constructed of the highest industry-grade wood and hardware. The main difference you will find is the material of the cabinet box — some are made of plywood, some of industry-grade wood.
The only difference between framed and frameless cabinets is the box construction. The structural quality and durability between the two types are equal — you simply have two different construction methods that offer two distinct looks.
We can order doors if there is damage on a door or drawer front, but we do not order separate doors to replace full kitchens. We do not sell faucets, but we do sell cabinet hardware.
Yes, please allow 3–4 weeks for shipping.
Yes! Our cabinets are RTA (ready to assemble). For your convenience we offer assembly and installation — each service can be purchased separately or as a package.
We sell Quartz, Granite, Quartzite, and Dekton.
Quartz: clean easily with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or paper towel, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleansers, harsh scouring pads, or cleansers containing bleach. Granite: clean the same way, rinsing your cleaner off the surface so it doesn't build up over time. It's important to seal granite regularly (American Dream Kitchen Design does not provide this service) — most of the granite we sell comes pre-sealed for 15 years; ask your salesperson for details.
Quartz countertops are heat resistant, but extra caution should be taken since they can be damaged from exposure to excess heat. Use coasters, hot pads, and trivets to protect the surface.
See the measuring guide on our website.
Yes, if you are interested in purchasing cabinets or countertops through American Dream Kitchen Design. We come to you, take your unique space into consideration, and provide a design based on your needs.
Yes, please call our showroom to schedule a time that works for you.
Our goal is 5–7 business days from the time our designer has all the information required to start the project. Once a design is submitted we will contact you and schedule an in-house appointment, where you'll see your design in 3D and go over cabinet functions, colors, and styles.
Yes, but we do not recommend it. Before an order is placed we spend extensive time making sure everything is to the customer's liking; changes after the final design is signed can create backorders and installation delays. Any changes to agreed-upon plans and specifications may result in additional costs for labor or materials, which the customer agrees to pay upon billing. Prices based on customer-provided plans or measurements are subject to increase if those turn out to be inaccurate.
If you just want to look at samples, no appointment is needed. If you want someone to sit down with you and design a kitchen, bathroom, closet, etc., we do require an appointment so we can give you our undivided attention.
To protect our customers' data, orders may only be submitted at our showroom.
Yes — a contractor must have purchased one or more kitchens through American Dream Kitchen Design before qualifying for a discount, and must submit a valid and active Reseller's Permit by email or in person.
Customers agree to pay a 75% deposit when signing the quote, with the remaining balance due by check or credit card at the time of installation completion. Please note: for all orders that are picked up or delivered (not installed by our company), a 100% deposit is required at the time of order — failure to pay will delay processing.
Yes, we do! Please ask the team about currently available financing programs and eligibility.
Yes, before picking up your order it must be paid in full. Stop by the showroom first to pay any remaining balance, then bring your paid-in-full invoice to the warehouse to pick up.
Delivery dates are set in the order received and can't be moved earlier than the time offered by the scheduler, though we can push a date out further. Keep in mind that moving your delivery date later also pushes back cabinet and countertop installation — please plan around holidays, events, and guests.
Delivery times depend on the products purchased, stock availability, and final destination. We'll provide a specific date at the time of purchase.
We do not move appliances and cannot take responsibility for moving appliances, disconnecting water/gas/electrical lines, or related tasks. We may assist during removal of old countertops, but the customer takes full responsibility for appliances, flooring, cabinets, walls, mirrors, or anything related to that process.
Cabinet installation takes approximately 1–2 days depending on project size. The next day, our templater will take a laser measurement for your countertops — please keep the work area clear for our installers.
Every job is different — one may take a few hours, a similar one 8 hours or a return trip. We'd rather do the job right than do it quickly, so we keep the day of your template/install open rather than giving a precise arrival time, though we'll try to call ahead with our best estimate.
New construction: make sure there are no screws or nails sticking out of the floors and that appliances, plants, and glass are moved out of the way. Remodel: old cabinets should be removed, the floor leveled, and all kitchen utility rough-ins completed. In both cases, appliances should be out of the installation area, an apron sink (if chosen) should be onsite, and a nearby space should be cleared for cabinet storage the day before installation. Contact our showroom for more detailed instructions.
If we're not removing your old countertops, you're responsible for removing the old countertops and tile before we come out to laser template — we will not template on existing countertops. Once templating is done, the top drawers of base cabinets should be empty and the sink area and plumbing should be clear and correct, since our delivery team will be bringing in large, heavy pieces of stone.
If you cancel the contract, the customer agrees to pay a 30% (of total material costs) restocking/cancellation fee. If materials have already been delivered, the delivery fee is not refunded and an additional pick-up fee applies. No refunds are issued on cabinets once handles, knobs, or cabinets are installed, or on countertops once cutting/carving has begun. Ask your salesperson for more precise information.
Tell the team about the space, goals, budget, and timing — or stop by the Eustis showroom to see material samples in person.
